As an IT Analyst, James is known for approaching challenges with a thoughtful, solutions-focused mindset. He consistently goes above and beyond to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve complex issues and ensure our teams have the tools and technology they need to provide exceptional care. His behind-the-scenes work has strengthened day-to-day operations across the organization and enhanced the experience for both patients and staff.
Most recently, James played a key role in improving the sensory features in our 3D mammo suite, helping create a more comfortable and welcoming environment for patients. His willingness to collaborate across departments, attention to detail and commitment to making a positive impact reflect the best of SageWest.
Beyond his technical expertise, James is a dependable teammate who is always willing to lend a hand, share his knowledge and support others. His positive attitude and dedication to excellence make him a valued member of our SageWest team.
