SageWest Welcomes ENT Specialist Dr. Randy Folker to Wind River Clinic in Lander
Fremont County, Wyo. (September 28, 2026) – SageWest Health Care is pleased to welcome Randy Folker, M.D., a board-certified otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat specialist), to SageWest Medical Group at Wind River Clinic in Lander. Dr. Folker joins fellow ENT specialist Dr. Tom Boeve to serve patients throughout Fremont County and surrounding communities.

Dr. Folker provides comprehensive ENT and head and neck care for children and adults, with a special interest in pediatric ENT. His expertise includes treatment of sinus disease, chronic ear disorders, thyroid and salivary gland conditions, facial trauma, airway disorders and head and neck cancers.
"I believe the best care starts with listening," said Dr. Folker. "My goal is to understand each patient's concerns and develop a treatment plan that meets their individual needs. I'm excited to join Dr. Boeve and the SageWest team and serve patients and families throughout the region."
Having called Wyoming home for more than a decade, Dr. Folker is excited to continue serving patients in the state he and his family have come to know and love.
Dr. Folker earned his medical degree and completed a pathology fellowship at Oregon Health Sciences University before completing general surgery and otolaryngology residencies at the University of Texas Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident.
Known for his patient-centered approach, Dr. Folker works closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and improve quality of life.
