Dr. Tim Nostrum joins SageWest Medical Group

SageWest Health Care is pleased to announce that Tim Nostrum, MD has joined SageWest Medical Group and will be offering primary care services to patients at the Wind River Clinic in Riverton beginning August 1. Dr. Nostrum is among several new physicians who have recently started practicing in Fremont County this year. Their arrival is part of a broader initiative to expand healthcare services in the region, aiming to meet the growing healthcare needs of the community.

Dr. Nostrum is passionate about caring for those patients who feel overlooked and misunderstood. His calling to medicine is more than a profession. Dr. Nostrum is dedicated to providing a personalized healthcare experience.

Dr. Nostrum completed his family medicine residency at the University of Wyoming Family Residency in Casper and earned his medical degree at Medical University of the Americas in the West Indies. Dr. Nostrum is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
